Grow Young Transdermally

Active seniorsOnly a few of the many therapies for anti-aging show a profound benefit within 3 to 6 months. Some patient’s have actually seen a benefit as early as the first 3 weeks of treatment, but the usual time before results are noticeable in general is a few months.

This discussion will be limited to the two most popular and effective forms of growth hormone therapy known to us thus far; orally administered secretagogues and HGH injections. It will also include the newest weapon in the arsenal against the process of aging a trans dermal anti-aging cream.

Oral secretagogues and HGH injections up to this point are the two known forms of therapy that actually display an effective degree of age reversal. Some secretagogues are effective forms of anti-aging medicine with few if any known side effects. HGH injections, although effective over time, often take a few months before results can be seen.

There are potential side effects and the route of administration via patient self-injections leaves much to be desired. The cost of therapy can be in excess of a thousand dollars a month. This prevents the average person from taking advantage of the possibility of becoming biologically younger or physically stronger.

It is important to insure each physician’s understanding of the theory and background of the advent of Transdermal Tropin. Up until this point the majority of the profession has thought that the key to age reversal was in attaining high GH levels.

Experience is teaching us that this is not necessarily true. Instead of trying to manipulate the end product GH, it is possible to "mimick" the control mechanism GHRH. Trans-D Tropin is designed to mimic the action of GHRH, the GH releasing hormone. As a result of this avenue of research Trans-D Tropin has evolved into an age reversal modality that demonstrates some surprisingly effective results.

Because Trans-D Tropin is designed to mimic GHRH it emulates the bodies natural release mechanism and allows for the virtual duplication of the action of endogenous GHRH. Studies show that no matter how much you increase GH levels, until it is potentiated by endogenous GHRH, it will not have any measurable increase in efficacy.

Background

Man’s long quest for the "Fountain of Youth" has propelled the concept of longevity from a figment of yesterday’s fantasies into the viable and effective science of today known as anti-aging medicine. The age reversal effects of hGH, human growth hormone or GH, injections have been conclusively shown in a number of published studies.

Efficacy has been repeatedly evidenced by consistent improvement in a variety of subjective and objectively measured factors. These include an increase in lean body mass, decrease in body fat, increase in stamina and endurance, improved cognitive function, improvement in libido, immune enhancement, faster resolution of injuries and various other attributes of youth.

The injection therapies do not come without side effects such as joint effusion, cardiomyopathy, peripheral edema, allergic reactions, and decrease in endogenous HGH production. Be they few and far between when coupled with the lack of compliance characteristic of any long term injection treatment and the high cost of the regimen many have turned to the oral growth hormone secretagogues.

Although far safer than the injections, the results of the secretagogues are less impressive and far more subtle, sometimes taking more than a few months before changes are noted. Difficulty with achieving consistent results with the secretagogues involves the immense variance in gut absorption in our population.

The numerous benefits associated with HGH treatment has generated a number of studies on various anti-aging treatments and extensive research to further the understanding of the aging process. Simply to extend life is not the challenge any longer, but rather to improve the quality of that extended life as well. The answer that clinicians and scientists seek is how to effectively inhibit or at least slow down this aging process and thus prevent the associated debilitating limitations which are accepted by society as being inevitable as we grow older.

Although the HGH injections and secretagogues do offer many benefits to counteract the limitations associated with aging, the need for a safer and more effective modality of therapy has been warranted. Trans-D Tropin is a therapy offering a greater spectrum of results. It provides an accelerated and rapid onset of subjective and objectively measurable efficacy, with a safer profile, a more efficient delivery mechanism, and an ease of administration that leads to better patient compliance.

Trans-D Tropin is a unique combination of a number of various multi-chained somatotroph specific and hypothalamotroph specific polypeptide combinants, synthesized together with an isolated complex of IGF-1 precursors and intermediaries derived from natural sources.

It is designed to mimic GHRH action. The result is a unique complex that potentiates the recognition of endogenous GH by its receptor sites. The final substance is then synthesized into a proprietary base of essential fatty acids known as Evito, a technologically advanced trans-dermal delivery mechanism.

This unique method of delivery allows for rapid onset of action and provides a means by which the action of Trans-D Tropin can mimic the body’s own natural method of small but frequent pulsatile release of growth hormone. The Trans-D Tropin formulas are also gender specific in that the male and female formulas differ in components as well as the ratios of individual components.

The majority of patients on human GH injections or secretagogues achieve a less than satisfactory response to therapy within the first few months due to inhibition of GH responsiveness to GHRH. As a result, a short duration study was determined to be the most accurate method of ascertaining the apparent rapid efficacy of Trans-D Tropin in order to compare it with the hGH injections and secretagogues.

The physiological changes attained with Trans-D Tropin up to this point, have been unprecedented. Efficacy is far beyond expectation. Response was not secondary to increase in sympathetic tone as evidenced by all patient vital signs remaining well within normal range. Furthermore, despite an increase in energy, a marked improvement in quality of sleep was noted throughout the study group despite taking the last daily dose immediately prior to bedtime.

The preliminary results of this study warrant further research to assess the various medical applications in which Trans-D Tropin administration may offer a greater benefit compared to GH injections. Further clinical trials are necessary to determine the efficacy of Trans-D Tropin in diabetes, atherosclerosis, HTN, chronic injuries, GI disorders, obesity, and insomnia, in addition to other chronic medical conditions.

The significance of this study’s results become more dramatic when the relatively short time period in which the level of improvement was attained is considered. In addition, it appears that the simplicity of administration leads to a greater compliance, which in itself improves treatment efficacy.

The objectively measured increase in muscular strength conclusively shows Trans-D Tropin to be clinically superior in maximizing all aspects of resistance training, as in power lifting and body building, compared to HGH injections. The rapid and substantial improvements in all criteria are further validation of Trans-D Tropin as not only an effective alternative to HGH injections but perhaps a replacement of the more costly and less compliant injection treatments.

Patient Program Self Assessment

One subject after being on the program several days had this comment "I am a 52 year old healthy female presently on a workout program three times per week. At least two of these weekly workouts are with a trainer. This included one hour of weight training and one-half hour of cardio workout (2x per week) and one day of cardio workout for at least 30 minutes.

In past years, from the age of twenty on, I’ve actively worked out by participating in aerobic classes 2-3 times per week. My health status at this time consisted of extended female problems of endometriosis requiring four surgeries. The last surgery in 1996, resulted in symptoms of extreme hot flashes and I was prescribed hormones. At this time I weighed 115lbs. and gained 17lbs.

My more recent workout strategy was in hopes to remedy the weight gain and intense hormone therapy with a more natural approach, as directed by my doctor. Dr. Buttar introduced me to an oral product Meditropin, which I took on a regular regime for 6 months with absolutely no change physically, mentally or in my cardiovascular work up.

When the doctor suggested participating in a study with a new product Trans-D Tropin I was skeptical. Within a week of using this product, my cardio workouts escalated effortlessly. In previous workouts I would walk 3.7 miles per hour on a grade of 13% for 35 minutes (2 miles). This left me feeling extremely tired, and with knees feeling as if they would quit beneath me after getting off the treadmill.

The second week on this program, the treadmill workout, now 50 minutes, leaves me with no signs of exhaustion or feeling that I need to quit. My trainer was amazed at my new endurance level and at the extra reps I was able to manage with no signs of tiredness as compared to my previous performance of just one week before.

In addition, I have suffered from shin and knee problems for the past five years. In just two weeks on this program I’ve not had these problems reoccur even when wearing tennis shoes without lifts, my knee joints are not sore!

I am so impressed with this product that I want to be on it permanently! My attitude now is that I feel the best that I have felt in years, both physically and mentally. By the way, my husband and daughter have noticed positive physical changes of tighter facial skin (fewer wrinkles) and contour of my buttocks. Thank you doctor for this wonderful experience and opportunity." Carolyn R. Terrell, N.C.

Another subject, a 52-year-old female longevity physician after being on the program for several days said:
"It is now the 3rd day of using Trans-D Tropin. My first dose produced a noticeable lifting of my afternoon mental fog within minutes of application. Certainly I had no such expectation. I am not a serious athlete but realize that my health and quality of life depends upon a certain level of muscle and endurance.

I walk 45 minutes in a hilly park about 4 days per week. I do simple morning free weights and more serious work on my home gym twice per week as well as yoga one day per week. Today my workout on the home gym was remarkably easy. I began at my plateau levels for all exercises, did 15 to 20 reps easily then increased each exercise by 10 to 25 percent and repeated.

I noticed that I barely broke a sweat and was not even out of breath! I can appreciate why one must be careful to include days of rest and be wary of not progressing too fast. Quite clearly Trans-D is an effective product and I will incorporate this into my longevity practice. Please keep me posted on further clinical data. I look forward to the questionnaires and any advice you have to keep the use of this product safe. Barbara Fischer, M.D. Abbotsford, B. C. Family Medicine fully experienced in Anti-Aging therapies.

The Study

Seniors walkingTrans-D Tropin naturally simulates the action of the hypothalamus to stimulate the pituitary to produce more of the bodies own endogenous HGH. We now have at our command what may be the ideal method of stimulating our own bodies natural HGH levels rapidly, effectively and without side effects.

It’s that simple. Please remember that Trans D Tropin is not GH. It imimicks GHRH and is recognized by the body as an endogenous form. It will directly result in the increase of endogenous GH. Trans-D Tropin is transdermal, it enters through the dermis. It should be applied to an area where there is minimal subcutaneous tissue with the highest vascular supply. The forearms are the best since the brachial musculature is adherent to the dermis with very little subcutaneous tissue to block the absorption.

Trans-D Tropin has already begun to revolutionize the anti-aging field of medicine, as well as the sports supplementation industry. The result in athletes is nothing short of amazing. We welcome you to inquire about how you can provide this service to your patients and increase the net income of your practice. Trans-D Tropin is only available by prescription.

It has been said that the purest and most absolute form of science is simple observation. We invite you to partake in this purest form of science and simply observe the difference in yourself after taking Trans-D Tropin. We are confident that you will be nothing short of impressed and excited about the potential impact that it will have on the welfare of your patients and your practice.

A study conducted by Rashid A. Buttar, DO; Dean C. Viktora, PhD and Michael E. Quinn, EMT-P demonstrated accelerated and efficacious results using the variable somatotroph specific and hypothalamotroph specific polypeptide combinants in an isolated complex with naturally derived sources of IGF-1 precursors as an alternative to synthetic human growth hormone injections and oral growth hormone secretagogues.

The patients chosen for the study were divided into two groups, the first comprising well trained, conditioned athletes and the second comprising average activity individuals older than 50 years of age. The well conditioned athletic group was chosen based upon level of physical fitness and a history of consistent high intensity athletic activity for a minimum of 12 consecutive months prior to onset of the study.
All but 2 in this category were competitive power lifters, body builders, or professional athletes. All subjects had preliminary IGF-1 levels measured within the normal reference range for their respective ages. In addition, baseline chemistries with LFT’s, cholestrol and triglycerides were measured.

The n number for this preliminary study was 18 with a total of 9 men and 9 women. A longer study of 6 weeks with an n of 100 plus has been initiated which will have the results of the IGF-1’s and chemistries drawn post study.

The athletic group was included because attaining a rapid response in a trained and conditioned athlete would be a significantly more difficult outcome to achieve. This may be a result of the sustained higher levels of circulating hGH found in this patient population due to the exercise induced effects.

The older group was selected since GH levels begin decreasing noticeably as we age. As previous studies have established, the level of circulating GH is not as important as establishing GH responsiveness to GHRH. The decrease of this responsiveness to GH as we age may be due to insufficient GHRH secretion or possibly by the inhibition of somatostatin a GH antagonist. It appears that this dysfunction at the pituitary hypothalamic axis is where the effects of Trans-D Tropin seem to be most apparent.

All study subjects were provided with a detailed log sheet and required to document all changes in each criteria on a scale of -5 to +5 with 0 being no change and +5 being maximum improvement. Baseline for all criteria was zero at the initiation of the study.

This methodology of assessment for a clinical study by ranking positive and negative changes on a +5 to -5 scale is an accepted modality of evaluation with previous studies having set the precedent. Study subjects applied a specified number of drops 3 times a day on the flexor surface of the forearms with a number of days off per week.

Times of application corresponded to the natural release of GHRH in humans. All subjective data was recorded at 12 hour intervals with the total duration of this initial study being 84 hours or a total of 7 data samplings in less than a four day period.

The subjective criteria that patients were required to record included the following: sense of well being, overall energy, mental clarity, emotional stability, memory improvement, mood improvement, skin thickness, skin elasticity, wrinkle disappearance, new hair growth, skin texture, healing of old injuries, healing of all injuries, range of motion, incidence of illness, body contour change, facial contour change, sexual frequency, sexual stamina, libido, quality of erection/arousal, and decrease in nighttime urination. The major objective criteria measured was muscle strength. Overall energy, exercise endurance and quality of sleep were also objectively measured.

Lastly, to rule out or minimize placebo affect, the number of repetitions of the last set during exercise was used as a measurement of improvement as opposed to maximum lift capacity. Although all the study subjects dramatically increased their maximum lift capacities, the number of repetitions of the last set (performed at a higher weight) were deemed to be more significant since placebo effects are usually not reproducible. The logic used was that it would be difficult to attribute an increase in strength by 50 lbs in a specific exercise to a placebo effect when the exercise was performed for 10 to 12 repetitions.

Results: A noticeable increase in all criteria monitored reveals the true benefits of increasing the effects of endogenous GH production and increasing GH responsiveness to GHRH. An important benefit associated with GH therapy and the reversal of the aging process is actually a sequelae of the natural up-regulation of all the various hormonal levels.

Total improvement per patient was summed and negative changes subtracted from the total per time period. This number represented the total sum of changes experienced by each individual study patient. The numbers generated representing each patient’s total net improvement were then combined to obtain a mean of all study patients per time period with the calculated values plotted by sex.

The mean improvement measured by changes experienced by the study group from 12 hours post onset of study to 84 hours post onset of study increased substantially, with a 282.98 % change in female test subjects and 352.38 % change in male test subjects.

Each data point represents two objectively measured quantitative criteria, specifically muscle strength and exercise endurance, as well as two qualitative objective criteria, specifically quality of sleep and overall energy. The data shows the mean improvement measured from 12 hours to 84 hours post onset of study to have also increased substantially.

Changes were as follows: Muscle strength increased by 81.0%. Endurance increased by 60.0%. Quality of sleep improved by 92.6%. Overall energy increased by 71.4%. Total mean improvement of all 4 criteria increased by 76.6%. It is important to note that this percent change increase does not reflect the changes that became evident within the first 12 hours. In all the results were remarkable across the board for both groups.
